자주 묻는 질문
How does this service differ from standard translation?
This service goes beyond mere linguistic translation; it includes notarisation of the translation's accuracy by a Notarial Services Attorney, in accordance with the Lawyers Council Regulation B.E. 2546. This grants the document legal validity and international recognition.
Can these documents be used at embassies or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs?
Yes, our notarised translations are widely accepted for submission to various embassies. They also serve as a prerequisite for further legalisation by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA Chaeng Watthana) if the destination country is not a signatory to the Hague Apostille Convention.
If my original document is in a foreign language, does it need to be translated into Thai first?
If the original document is in English or another language the Notarial Services Attorney is proficient in, a prior translation to Thai might not be necessary. We can translate directly from the source language to your target language and then notarise the translation.
