Thai district offices and MFA strictly verify documentation because the resulting Kor Ror 2 / Kor Ror 3 marriage certificates are downstream-legalized for use abroad. A single missing translation or embassy stamp blocks the entire wedding day.

Our team manages the whole chain in-house — embassy appointment, MFA filing, certified Thai translation, Amphur booking with an interpreter in your language, plus optional Prenuptial Agreement drafting and downstream MFA + destination-embassy legalization of the marriage certificates.

After registration — what most couples need next

Most foreign spouses need the marriage certificate apostilled or embassy-legalized for use in their home country (spouse visa, household register, name change, immigration). We continue the chain seamlessly: certified translation → MFA → destination embassy → international courier.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the whole process take?

Usually 2–4 weeks, depending on which embassy you need the Affirmation from.

Do both parties need to be in Thailand the whole time?

The Thai spouse must remain in Thailand; the foreign spouse needs 3–5 days for the embassy Affirmation and the Amphur day.

Can we sign a Prenuptial Agreement?

Yes. Thai Prenups must be drafted before the wedding day and registered with the same district registrar. We prepare and register both on the same day.

Can the Thai spouse change surname immediately?

Yes — handled at the same Amphur after registration.

Foreign spouse is divorced — what do we need?

The divorce judgment must be Apostilled/legalized in the country of issuance and translated to Thai with notarial certification.

Is Kor Ror 2/3 usable abroad directly?

No. You must first legalize it at MFA Thailand and your destination embassy. We handle this as a follow-up.

Will my home-country immigration accept Thai marriage?

Yes — almost all jurisdictions accept Thai marriage certificates once they are MFA-legalized and stamped by your home embassy in Bangkok.

Do you offer a single bundled package including Prenup + downstream legalization?

Yes — our Premium bundle is THB 35,000–48,000 covering Prenup drafting, registration, interpreter, MFA, and one destination embassy.
