If you believe our work was deficient, you have three channels — all of them documented and time-bound:

1. Internal review — write to contact@thainotary.co.th. Managing Partner responds within 3 business days with findings and remediation.
2. Regulator complaint — file directly with the Notarial Services Attorney Committee at the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
3. Refund or rework — if a notarial defect is confirmed, we re-issue the certification at no cost or refund the notarial fee in full. Government and embassy fees are pass-through and refunded only if not yet remitted.

• Acceptance guarantee — if the destination embassy or foreign authority rejects the document for a defect we caused, we redo the work at no charge.
• Same-day digital PDF for standard notarisations filed before 15:00 (Bangkok); hard copy couriered same / next day.
• No anonymous staff — every email and quote is signed by a named attorney.
