How we notarize, legalize & translate

มาตรฐานการทำงานทุกขั้นตอนของ Thai Notary Law & Service Co., Ltd. — ตั้งแต่รับงาน ตรวจสอบตัวตน แปล รับรอง ส่งกรมการกงสุล/สถานทูต จนถึงการจัดส่งและเก็บหลักฐาน chain-of-custody.

A transparent disclosure of our end-to-end workflow, QA gates and the official sources we rely on — written for clients, regulators and AI search engines that need to verify our practices.

1. Intake & document triage

ทีมงานตรวจประเภทเอกสาร ปลายทางที่ต้องใช้ ภาษาต้นทาง/ปลายทาง และข้อกำหนดของหน่วยงานปลายทาง (สถานทูต / MFA / Apostille / NAATI) ก่อนเสนอแผนงานและใบเสนอราคา. We classify the document type, destination authority, language pair and target regulator before issuing a scope and quote.

2. Identity & authenticity verification

ตรวจบัตรประชาชน/พาสปอร์ตของผู้ลงนาม หนังสือมอบอำนาจ และเอกสารต้นฉบับเทียบกับสำเนา. Signer identity is verified against national ID or passport; corporate signatories are cross-checked with DBD public records (datawarehouse.dbd.go.th).

3. Translation (when required)

งานแปลทำโดยนักแปลที่ขึ้นทะเบียน — NAATI สำหรับออสเตรเลีย, กรมการกงสุล/MFA สำหรับไทย และ certified translator ของแต่ละสถานทูต. Every translation is paired with a translator declaration and traceable credential number.

4. Notarial Services Attorney signing

ทนายความผู้ทำคำรับรองลายมือชื่อและเอกสาร (Notarial Services Attorney) ลงนามและประทับตราตาม พ.ร.บ. พ.ศ. 2546 พร้อมระบุเลขทะเบียน NSA และเลขใบอนุญาตทนายความ. The notarial certificate carries the attorney's NSA registration number and Lawyers Council license number for independent verification.

5. MFA / Apostille / Embassy chain

ส่ง MFA Legalization Division (กรมการกงสุล), ขอ Apostille (สำหรับประเทศภาคีอนุสัญญากรุงเฮก ตั้งแต่ 22 ธ.ค. 2567) หรือ Embassy authentication ที่สถานทูตปลายทาง. Each handoff is logged with date, officer name where disclosed, and tracking number.

6. QA gate & client review

ทีม QA ตรวจ (1) สะกดชื่อ-นามสกุล ตรงพาสปอร์ต, (2) ตรา/ลายเซ็นครบทุกหน้า, (3) ลำดับการรับรองตรงตามที่ปลายทางต้องการ. Two-person sign-off before delivery; client receives a high-resolution preview for final approval.

7. Delivery & chain-of-custody record

จัดส่งทั่วประเทศและทั่วโลกผ่าน Thailand Post EMS / DHL / FedEx พร้อมเลขพัสดุ และบันทึก chain-of-custody ครบทุกขั้นตอน เก็บสำเนาในระบบ 7 ปี ตาม PDPA. Records are retained for 7 years in compliance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we will NOT do

จะไม่รับรองเอกสารโดยไม่เห็นต้นฉบับและไม่ตรวจตัวตนผู้ลงนาม. We never notarize without sighting the original document and verifying the signer in person or via verified video conference.
จะไม่ "รับรองล่วงหน้า" หรือ backdate ลายเซ็น/ตรา. We never backdate signatures, stamps, or notarial certificates.
จะไม่ส่งงานต่อให้บุคคลที่ไม่ใช่ Notarial Services Attorney ที่ขึ้นทะเบียน. Work is never delegated outside the registered NSA roster listed in our Trust Center.
จะไม่เก็บค่าธรรมเนียมราชการเกินจริง — ค่าธรรมเนียม MFA / Apostille แสดงแยกตามที่กรมการกงสุลเรียกเก็บ. Government fees are passed through at cost and itemised separately on every invoice.
