Which countries accept the Thai PCC?

Every country — but Thai documents are not Apostille-eligible (Thailand is not yet a Hague member), so MFA Thailand + destination embassy legalization is mandatory before overseas filing.

How long is the PCC valid?

The document itself has no expiry, but most authorities require it to be issued within 3–6 months of visa or PR filing.

Do I have to visit a police station in person?

Will minor past offences appear on the report?

Depends on the offence class and current status. Expunged cases do not appear; pending or suspended cases do. We provide a confidential case assessment before filing.
