Outbound visa consulting for Thai nationals & Thailand-based applicants
Lawyer-led visa consulting for Thai nationals and Thailand-based applicants — Case Assessment, Risk Scoring under Article 32 Schengen Visa Code / INA 214(b) / UKVI Appendix V, Document Engineering, Cover-Letter Narrative Drafting, Sponsor & Invitation Letter Drafting, Financial-Tie Matrix, and Mock Interview Coaching for US B1/B2 and UK Credibility Interviews. Delivered by a Notarial Services Attorney registered with the Lawyers Council of Thailand under the Lawyers Act B.E. 2528 (1985). We do not — and cannot lawfully — guarantee any visa outcome; we mitigate refusal risk against the published criteria of each destination consulate.
Most visa refusals do not stem from missing paperwork — they stem from a weak narrative. The consular officer reading a Schengen Type C dossier in Bangkok spends an average of 4–7 minutes per file (EU Visa Code Article 21 review). The US B1/B2 window interview lasts roughly 90 seconds and is decided under INA 214(b)'s strong presumption of immigrant intent. UK ECOs apply the Genuine Visitor test in Paragraph V 4.2. In every case, the burden of proof rests on the applicant, and the deciding officer is testing one question: are the documents and the story coherent enough to overcome the default refusal posture?
Thailand-issued passports face refusal rates noticeably above the global average for travelers with comparable profiles: Schengen 8–12% (Germany 6.5%, France 9.8%, Sweden 14.2% per 2024 EU statistics), US B1/B2 ≈ 20%, UK Standard Visitor ≈ 12%. The differential is largely explained by self-filed applications without prior risk assessment — applicants typically discover the refusal triggers only after rejection. Our consulting service exists to move that diagnostic forward, 30–60 days before the application date, when red flags can still be addressed through lawful means (additional travel history to visa-friendly markets, bank-balance letters in lieu of short statements, registered asset declarations, qualifying sponsor letters).
We are a Notarial Services Attorney firm registered with the Lawyers Council of Thailand under the Lawyers Act B.E. 2528 (1985), carrying quote on request (phone / LINE / email) Professional Indemnity Insurance. All client data is processed under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) Section 24; financial, employment and family records are stored on ISO/IEC 27001 servers inside Thailand with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, used only for the specific consulate stated in the engagement, and disposed of under a Witness Disposal Certificate after the 7-year retention period mandated by the Accounting Act B.E. 2543.

Legal credentials & liability insurance
Do you guarantee the visa will be approved?
No, and any consultant who does is in breach of professional ethics. Visa adjudication is a sovereign act of the destination consulate. Our service is engineered to reduce refusal risk against published criteria — never to guarantee an outcome.
How is this different from a regular 'visa agent' on social media?
Visa agents collect documents and lodge at VFS. They do not perform legal risk assessment, do not draft a narrative cover letter, and cannot deliver Notarized Sponsor Affidavits. We are Bar-licensed attorneys with Notarial Services Attorney status and quote on request (phone / LINE / email) M Professional Indemnity Insurance, operating at legal-strategy level — not document handling.
The fee is several times higher than a regular agent. When is it worth it?
Worth it for high-risk profiles: prior refusals, self-employed without payslips, weak travel history, age <30 with low income, or sensitive destinations (US, UK, Schengen). For standard low-risk profiles, we recommend the Assessment-only product (THB 3,500) and self-lodgement. We will tell you honestly which lane fits.
How long from engagement to lodgement?
Express 14 days for low-complexity Schengen / UK; Standard 30 days for US B1/B2 and Canada TRV; Premium 60 days for re-application after refusal or Australia / NZ requiring evidence build-up. Engage 60–90 days before planned travel.
I was refused before. Can I reapply?
Yes — every country permits reapplication, but the applicant must demonstrate Material Change under Article 21 Schengen Visa Code / 9 FAM 302.1-2 US. We dissect the refusal letter, build a mitigation plan addressing every consular concern, and reformulate the dossier. Premium package, quote on request (phone / LINE / email).
I'm a freelancer / content creator. Is a visa harder to get?
More documentation required. We substitute the standard employment letter with: PND.94 personal tax, letters from top 3–5 clients, active contracts, 12-month income statement, commercial registration / partnership certificate, and social-proof of professional identity.
Retirees — easier or harder?
Generally easier because Strong Ties are obvious: home, pension, family, no settlement incentive. Core exhibits: fixed deposit book + securities + land title + marriage cert + house registration + pension letter.
Children traveling with parents — what's needed?
Child's birth certificate + house registration + Notarized Consent from the non-traveling parent + school records (Por.Por.7) + Sole Custody Document if applicable. Schengen / UK / Canada are strict on child-travel consent.
How is financial / employment data protected under PDPA?
Personal data under PDPA Section 24 — stored on ISO/IEC 27001 servers in Thailand, AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, access restricted to the responsible attorney and QA team via MFA + audit log. 7-year retention then destroyed under Witness Disposal Certificate. Short answer: The usual triggers are funds not held for the required period, foreign documents without legalisation and Thai translation, an address that does not match the residence notification, and filing too close to expiry to fix anything. Planning the timeline is the strongest prevention.
We assess eligibility, sequence fund seasoning and foreign-document certification, and file only when the bundle is complete — speak to our advisers before you start.
