Certified translation in every language · Notarial + MFA + Embassy
Bangkok-based Notarial Services Attorneys registered with the Lawyers Council of Thailand deliver certified translations in 40+ languages, with the certificate of translation accuracy, notarial seal, and — where required — the full MFA + destination-embassy legalisation chain, so the resulting document is legally accepted by Thai government bodies (DBD, Revenue, Immigration, Registrar) and by foreign consulates, universities, courts and civil-status offices worldwide. Fixed-quote on request (phone / LINE / email), 1–5 business days, 24-hour rush available.
A certified translation is not a linguistic service — it is a legal instrument. Thai regulators require translated documents to bear a certificate of accuracy signed by an MFA-registered translator or a Notarial Services Attorney; foreign consulates require the same plus an MFA legalisation stamp and, often, embassy authentication. We deliver the entire chain in one engagement so clients avoid the common mistake of paying twice — once for translation, then again for re-translation abroad.
We cover 40+ languages — including major (English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Arabic) and specialty (Hebrew, Turkish, Persian, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Malay, Tagalog, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Tamil, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, Polish, Czech, Ukrainian). Every translator on the panel is either on the MFA register or works under a Notarial Services Attorney of the firm, so accuracy and admissibility never depend on any single practitioner.
Pricing is fixed-fee. Entry-level 1–2 page civil-status documents quote on request (phone / LINE / email) with 1–3 business days turnaround. Rush 24-hour delivery adds 50%. MFA legalisation (Normal / Same-day) adds quoted on request / 400 per document. Embassy legalisation is at the destination consulate's published fee.

Inside Thailand: Department of Business Development, Revenue Department, Ministry of Interior registrars, Immigration Bureau, Department of Employment, Social Security Office, commercial banks, Chambers of Commerce.
Outside Thailand: every consulate in Bangkok; Standesamt (Germany), Mairie (France), Registro Civil (Spain), Comune (Italy); universities; employers; immigration authorities; foreign courts.
Documents rejected at destination almost always fail one of six checks: no certificate of accuracy; translator not MFA-registered; numbers / dates / place names diverging from the source; source and translation not bound together; illegible seal; missing MFA + embassy chain. Our QC layer runs three passes before release to eliminate these before dispatch.

How is 'certified' different from 'sworn' translation?
Certified translation is the international standard: translator or attorney with authority issues an accuracy certificate. Sworn translation exists in jurisdictions with sworn-translator registries (Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Brazil). Thailand uses the certified + notarial + MFA + embassy chain, which destination authorities accept as equivalent.
Do you need the original or is a copy enough?
Original or issuer-certified copy is preferred so the attorney can bind and certify a 'true copy' before translation. Some destinations accept high-resolution colour scans — we advise per country.
How long does it take?
Standard 1–5 business days, 24-hour rush available. Full MFA + embassy chain adds 2–7 business days depending on the embassy.
Which languages do you cover?
40+ languages including all major European, East Asian, South Asian, Middle Eastern and Southeast Asian languages. Ask for a specific language pair if not listed.
Degree + transcript for Australia — approximate cost?
Four sheets (degree + double-sided transcript) ≈ quote on request (phone / LINE / email) translation + optional NAATI + quoted on request MFA + no Australian embassy fee (Australia accepts MFA).
For Germany, do we need a beeidigte Übersetzer?
Not for a Thai document. Germany accepts the MFA + German Embassy Bangkok chain as equivalent to a beeidigte Übersetzer at the destination.
Can you turn around 1–3 pages in a day?
Yes — send by 10:00, collect same afternoon. Rush surcharge +50%.

Short answer: A usable translation must mirror the source line by line, spell names exactly as in the passport, and follow the certification format the receiving party requires - a translator's certification, consular legalization in Thailand, or further certification at the destination mission. Confirm that format before translation starts.

Document and legalization advisers with 15+ years of practice
Before we start, we read your actual documents and confirm the legalization route matches what the receiving authority asks for. During the work we report progress, and after delivery we still answer questions about how to submit the file.
We prepare documents to the requirements of the receiving authority. Any approval decision remains at that authority's discretion.
Send your documents on LINE for a preliminary review, a recommended legalization route and a written quote.
General guidance, not a case-specific determination. Requirements change with agency notices — confirm with the receiving authority before you act.

Short answer: Translations fail on name spellings that diverge from official records, untranslated seals and signatures, Buddhist/Gregorian date conversion errors, and missing translator certification in the recipient's required wording. Reissue a corrected version with the accepted certification statement.
We build a proper-noun glossary for the whole bundle, translate every seal, and carry the certification chain through — send your documents for a pre-check in any language pair.
