Thailand uses Notarial Services Attorneys (not civil-law notaries). These are practicing lawyers licensed by the Lawyers Council of Thailand to perform every function a foreign Notary Public performs: witness signatures, certify true copies, administer oaths, and authenticate corporate documents.
We serve embassies and consulates in Bangkok, multinational HR departments, and individual expats. Documents are notarized in English (or any required language) and can be chained through MFA + your home embassy for use back home.

Frequently asked questions
Is a Notarial Services Attorney equivalent to a US/UK Notary Public?
Yes. The Lawyers Council of Thailand authorizes these attorneys under Regulation 2546 (2003) specifically to perform every notarial act recognized internationally.
Do you offer mobile notary?
Yes — Bangkok metro, including hospitals (for sick witnesses), hotels, and corporate offices. Travel surcharge from 1,500 THB.
Can you notarize in a language other than English?
Yes. Our in-house translators cover Thai, English, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, German, French, Russian, Spanish, and Arabic.
How fast can you turn around an affidavit?
Same-day if you arrive before 14:00 with ID. Document drafting takes an additional 1–2 hours.
Apostille or embassy chain?
Thailand now issues Hague Apostille (2025). If your destination country is an Apostille member, single Apostille suffices; otherwise we route through MFA + embassy.
Walk-in or appointment?
Appointment preferred (LINE @thainotarylaw). Walk-ins accepted M–F 09:00–17:00 if attorneys are available.
