Notary attorneys
Our firm's six Notarial Services Attorneys (licensed by the Lawyers Council of Thailand under Regulation 2546)
Thai-document notarization
Our firm's six Notarial Services Attorneys (licensed by the Lawyers Council of Thailand under Regulation 2546) notarize Thai-language documents — Powers of Attorney, true copies, affidavits, corporate resolutions — and chain the file through MFA and embassy legalization in one engagement.
Thailand does not have civil-law Notaries Public; instead, the Lawyers Council authorizes specially registered attorneys to provide notarial services equivalent to a Notary Public abroad. Our firm has six such attorneys on staff in Bangkok.
Whether you are a Thai national needing to send documents overseas, or a foreign client whose Thai-issued paperwork needs to be recognized in a third country, we handle notarization, certified translation, MFA legalization, and embassy authentication under one fixed fee.

Step 1 — send scans for review. Step 2 — visit our Bangkok office with originals (or schedule mobile notary). Step 3 — attorney signs & seals. Step 4 — we chain MFA + embassy on your behalf and ship the original to any country.
Typical turnaround: notary alone 30–60 minutes; with MFA + embassy 3–7 working days.
No hidden surcharges. All fees include government stamps.
We retain a 10-year archive of every notarized file. If a foreign court or immigration office requests verification, we re-issue replacement certifications without restarting the process. Sole practitioners cannot offer that continuity.

Is a Thai Notarial Services Attorney recognized abroad?
Yes. Combined with MFA legalization and embassy authentication, the document is recognized in every Hague Apostille and non-Apostille jurisdiction.
Do I need to be physically present?
For signature notarization yes — the attorney must witness the signing. True-copy certifications can be done from originals you mail in.
Can you notarize in English even though the document is in Thai?
Yes. We notarize the Thai original and attach an attorney-supervised English translation in the same engagement.
What ID is acceptable?
Valid Thai ID card or passport (foreigners). Documents must match the ID name exactly.
Mobile notary?
Yes — home, hotel, hospital, or office visits anywhere in Bangkok metro. Travel surcharge applies.
Apostille?
Thailand joined the Hague Apostille Convention in 2025. We can now issue Apostille (replacing the old MFA-then-embassy chain) for use in Apostille-member countries.
