Questions fréquentes
Are the original documents required?
Yes. In compliance with the Lawyers Council of Thailand's Regulation B.E. 2546, our Notarial Services Attorney must inspect the original documents to verify and certify the copies.
Can I use these notarised documents abroad directly?
Generally, no. As Thailand is not a party to the Hague Apostille Convention, documents notarised by us must typically undergo further legalisation at the Department of Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Can you notarise a NAATI translation for Australia?
We can certify the 'signature' of a qualified translator on their translation document. This process, known as 'Certification of Translator's Signature,' is widely accepted, but it does not certify the accuracy of the translation itself.
