1. AFFIDAVIT — 'I, [name], of [address], do solemnly and sincerely declare that...' ใช้กับคำสาบานทั่วไป
2. STATUTORY DECLARATION — 'I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true...' ใช้กับ commonwealth countries (UK/AU/CA/NZ)
3. POWER OF ATTORNEY (POA) — 'I hereby appoint [attorney-in-fact] as my lawful attorney to act on my behalf in the matter of...'

11. CORPORATE RESOLUTION CERTIFICATE — 'I certify that the attached is a true copy of the resolution passed by the Board of Directors of [company] on [date].'
12. PASSPORT COPY CERTIFICATION — 'I certify that this is a true copy of the passport of [name], passport no. [xxx], seen by me on [date].'

หลีกเลี่ยงคำว่า 'I believe' → ต้อง 'I certify / declare / affirm' (คำ certify มีน้ำหนักทางกฎหมาย)
วันที่ต้องเป็นแบบเต็ม '15 November 2026' ไม่ใช่ '15/11/26' — สถานทูตยุโรปสับสน วัน/เดือน
ชื่อต้องสะกดตามพาสปอร์ต — ต่างแม้ตัวเดียวสถานทูตปฏิเสธ
